Everyone was very professional I was kept informed about the progress of the work on my vehicle and the estimated completion time.

Pine belt Honda is excellent, i spent zero time on the lot without a salesperson attending to me. The waiting area was comfortable and clean and the purchase process was streamlined and quick.

I was so impressed how relaxed the atmosphere was while waiting for my car to be serviced, but when I came in, Shamya who sold me the car back at the beginning of the year before summer started remembered me and excitedly asked if I was coming to get my oil changed for the first time. Also, I did not get her name, but the girl who checked me in at the service department desk answered my questions and explained what benefits I was entitled to with this being my first time getting the oil changed on my car. She was very helpful. I have had very few positive experiences with service departments with dealerships, but Pine Belt Honda has a great staff all around that makes customers feel invited, heard, and confident in the decisions that they are making. The only criticism I have is how confusing it was to schedule an appointment online. The interface was not very user friendly, and then a couple days later when I got a phone call confirming the appointment, the guy didn’t seem to have any of the information that I had inputted for scheduling the appointment, and the time slot that I had selected was not available, and the one that was not available online was given to me instead when he came back with an alternative time, so I think much needs to be improved if the dealership is going to send out emails emphasizing the point and encouraging for customers to use the online scheduling interface for Pine Belt Honda.

Nice place to wait but I don't like that it takes an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. The two young ladies who checked me in were nice and helpful. I appreciated having a place to sit with a plug-in for my iPad. Grateful to borrow the charger as well.

Great experience with Honda always. We will be back whenever we need a new Honda.
