The service advisors and techs and even the parts person were very polite and seemed like they wanted to be helpful. However I was dissapointed in the final service we received. They were apparently unable to find the answers we were looking for and for the two items they were able to complete, they did not communicate to us the progress or let us pick our vehicle up in a timely manner. We had to call up there to find out they were finished with it and we were unable to leave for our trip on time. To make matters much worse, they seemed to have messed something up in our a/c fan motor doing their 100 point inspection because now it makes a squealing noise. Also our car was clean and ready for the trip when we dropped it off and it was dirty when we picked it up and has spots on the windshield I can't get off. There are just too many unanswered questions for us to be able to recommend them to our friends and family.

Kandace was fantastic in every way! We can’t say enough good things about her!! We are very pleased with our purchase! One thing, right before we drove away, we all felt that the front air was not cooling as well as it should be so Kandace told us to pull it around so they could check it out. They did ( I guess it was just so hot and took a while to cool off). We got a bill saying we owed $196 for checking it out. 😳My husband forwarded it to Kandace and she said that was a mistake and not to worry about it. We had a great experience at Pine Belt Honda!
