I had a great experience at Pine Belt Honda in Hattiesburg. The staff was friendly, professional, and worked quickly. I had an appointment at 10:30, and they made sure to get me in and out in plenty of time so I didn’t miss it. I really appreciated how efficient they were while still providing great service. I would definitely recommend them!
Great service. Zach was willing to come into town on Saturday, his day off, in order to show us a vehicle. No hassles and easy to work with.
Done right and done quickly
Alex my salesman was great and so was Dennon with expedited paperwork. Took a check and traded my beloved Ridgeline Black (really miss that trunk in the bed) for PassportCrossTrail Elite. LOVE IT!!! In and out in a little over an hour. Came out a few thousand cheaper than I had feared so I bought the 8 year extended warranty.

Purchased a one year old nice used car from this dealership. Pedro our salesman was very easy to work with, available but not pushy. Gave us a fair value on our trade. The only disappointment was with the department that cleaned the car before we left the lot. Looked good from a distance, although there were greasy handprints on several parts of the body, glass looked like they didn’t use a clean rag to dry it off after washing, and pine straw, twigs and acorns under the hood. Even though there was a hiccup that had been missed, Pine Belt Honda went above and beyond to fix it. They gave me a brand new car to borrow until mine was repaired then brought me mine to my home personally, which is 40 minutes away from the dealership. Thank you!!

Dropped in due to a loose panel on the underside of the car. I was greeted promptly, got checked in and was finished in less than an hour. Everyone was very friendly.

We found a used Nissan pathfinder that my wife loved. We was met by a salesman named Eric and the experience was great. We drove from Union Ms which it is 2 hours away. I would recommend this dealership for your next purchase!

I normally have a great experience at Honda Pine Belt, which is why I was disappointed with my visit today. I came straight from work for a brake fluid change at 9 AM, expecting a quick service, but it ended up taking over 3 hours. What was frustrating was seeing customers who arrived after me get their vehicles serviced and finished before mine.

The customer service at Pine Belt Honda has been amazing. I had no intentions of trading in my 2023 Honda CRV but Kai was adamant that I come in and have a conversation!! Well I did and drove off the lot with a brand new 2026 Honda CRV EXL. I am super satisfied and they will have my business for a long long time!! The customer service maintenance team were very helpful when I stopped by and my truck was giving me problems. They got me into the shop and explained what was going on. They ended up having to keep my truck to repair the problem. They were able to provide me with a rental vehicle so that I could get back home. I just traded my 2015 Honda Accord for a brand-new 2027 Honda HR-V EX-L Sport Utility. Harrison made the process easy, and he kept me updated on when the car was going to be ready for pickup. I would like to say that One that that bought a Honda CBR cover and it is wonderful if you relate to have one go to Honda place over 98 and get one. It is so good. The people over there were wonderful. They were very good. they were very gracious and they can help you with anything you want so go over there and see Tyler and he will help you with getting one and get you paperwork done fast and see Pedro and they will see that you get one. That’s very good deal.
My experience with Honda of Hattiesburg was excellent. The staff was kind and well informed. I test drove 3 vehicles until I found “the one” that suited me best. Upon all paperwork completion and not even an hour of being a new Honda car owner, a rock decided to crack my windshield. As soon as I arrived back at Honda to explain the unfortunate event, a resolution was immediately made by the dealer I worked with (John). I would recommend this dealership if you’re looking for no hassle & phenomenal , employee work ethic.
