Pedro was awesome! He kept us in tune with everything step that was being made. He let us explore the different options we could take when it came to purchasing the car we wanted. He was also just very down to earth and friendly. Demon was very nice as well. He made the closing process was very smooth and easy. Overall two thumbs up for these gentlemen.

Unconcerned Brought my car in for an oil change. Oil change was completed. Was NOT offered to change 2 filters and was notified I needed rear brakes but was not offered to have those services completed during the visit. The filters and rear brakes needed immediate attention.

Got the job done with quality work and did not wait too long. Coffee was old is only complaint.
The man that checked me in was VERY nice. They got my vehicle ready before the promised time.
My daughter is actually the one that had the service done, but she feels the same way it took all day! There was no communication. No one told her it might take all day. She was stuck there and she had things she needed to do. If someone would’ve let her know she could’ve planned around it, but instead, she was sitting in the service lobby for roughly 6 hours. Communication is necessary.
It was a pleasant experience. The wait time wasn't as long as I expected. The staff was very friendly.
I didn't take my car but my husband did . The worker left his pliers under my hood .

Tori and the staff were quick, informative, and provided excellent customer service. I even interacted with a female salesperson who was so kind and answered my questions and did not rush the conversation. I appreciate her efforts. I don’t mind coming somewhere where the customer service is top-tier.

My experience with Pine Belt Honda was very seamless. They let me know up front of extra fees for services not included in my current plan. They answered all the questions I had about recommended service work. It was a very positive experience overall.
I left my car at the dealership after hours. They tried to accommodate my need pretty well. I did not get it back as quickly as I had hoped.
The car buying process was good, I had some trouble with the maintenance side. I made an appointment for the car I just purchased and went in and they didn’t have the oil filter.
Briana scheduled my vehicle for the Ceramic Shield service. Dropped it off the day it was scheduled. Service was done timely. Car looks excellent.

I just gave you an excellent rating! I've dealt with this Dealership going back to the Vardaman days 1978. Never had any complaints. I've bought Buick, Oldsmobile, and my last 3 Hondas there. Only good treatment and good service keeps me returning. I don't let anyone else touch my cars!

When they didn’t have what my grandson THOUGHT he wanted Nor what he could AFFORD, we were helped and able to find a suitable truck that worked close to and was perfectly suitable for my grandson! We bought my car online. I signed all the paperwork beforehand so getting the vehicle once we arrive was pretty simple. It's a used car so a few dings here and there are to be expected. I asked our sales person if it had any dings or scratches and he said no. When we arrived, there was a huge scratch on the passenger side back door. After going to multiple other mechanics, I brought my car to the Service Department at Pine Belt Honda. They have been very easy to work with and have kept me informed throughout the process of diagnosing and repairing the problem. My car will finally be back in working order.
This is by far the best dealership I've ever dealt with. Our daughter broke down in this area on her way back to college. They were so kind, accommodated all of our questions and specific needs, communicated almost daily, and Bri, our service agent, went above and beyond to make sure getting our car 150 miles away to our daughter's school once it was repaired was a breeze. Could not recommend them enough for their customer service.

I waited 2 hours and didn’t receive any information about my vehicle. After , I asked, I was told they were working to see what the problem was. An hour and a half later , I informed the rep that I had an appt at 1 and he finally told me it was the compressor and it was under warranty but it wouldn’t be finished by noon. I was very nervous about getting my car fixed because it seems like a transmission problem. Honda was able to find out about the extended warranty and get started working on my pilot immediately.
When I called to check in my car and Victoria was not where I could talk to her, no one else seemed to be able to tell me what was going on. The service reps don’t communicate amongst themselves. It is impossible to reach them by phone. They simply don’t answer and calls are looped back to the same two people in sales who must hand calls off to each other. Service department needs help, beginning with a less distracting phone system and reps that aren’t sabotaging each other’s performance.
Mr. Berdion was helpful and courteous as always. Helped me with exactly what I wanted.

The service advisors and techs and even the parts person were very polite and seemed like they wanted to be helpful. However I was dissapointed in the final service we received. They were apparently unable to find the answers we were looking for and for the two items they were able to complete, they did not communicate to us the progress or let us pick our vehicle up in a timely manner. Kandace was fantastic in every way! We can’t say enough good things about her!! We are very pleased with our purchase! Had an appointment for 2:00PM. Dropped car off the night before and they begin work before noon the following day. Notified me of a couple of filter replacements and completed all work before 4:00PM. Time was of essence as granddaughter was preparing to leave for college. Thank you for your efficiency and courtesy.

Called and made an appointment. Dropped it off the night before for an 8 am appointment. Called at 3 and they said almost done & would call back. No call so I showed up at about 4:45 & car was ready. Got into the car and the seats were all wonky. Driver seat wouldn't work. I had to reach under and plug it in all the way.
